Why we exist
Most enterprise automation programmes hit the same wall by year three. Coverage stalls at the boundaries of the original platform: Linux systems, document-heavy steps, legacy back office. Costs scale faster than coverage, because the licensing economics weren't designed for what the programme became. The decision to migrate is treated as a multi-quarter project, not a software decision. We built Primo to remove that wall. The platform gives enterprise automation a runtime that runs where the enterprise actually runs, an architecture that absorbs document AI without per-page billing, and a migration path that doesn't take quarters.
