The client's core processes depended too much on manual data entry and on old systems that didn't connect well. This led to errors, delays, and data issues, which slowed production. Even small mistakes caused planning problems and costly delays.

We automated 25 processes and made sure they worked well with SAP ERP and the client’s systems. Our team observed workflows to understand them, noted any exceptions, and turned operator logic into automation rules. This ensured the robots could handle unusual situations reliably.
